Shipping & Return
All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. When it is very busy it may take 1-2 days longer. We do our very best to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please be aware that we are located in Italy and that international customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes on their order(s). We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to customs procedures.
Due to COVID-19 all mailing and transport companies are dealing with delays, specially as air travel has been restricted. Therefore deliveries can take longer than usual. Please allow around 15 working days from dispatch before you contact us.
The shipping costs are subject to change without notice.
Wellywoofandco shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
For returning your order you must contact us at email@example.com within 14 days after the Products have been received. Make sure you mention your order number in the email.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be handled with care. The Products may only be handled and inspect to the extent necessary to assess the nature and characteristics of the Products. The principle is that the Products may only be handled and inspected as one would in a physical store. The products shall be returned to Wellywoofandco in undamaged condition with all delivered accessories and in the original condition and packaging.
If there is any use of the right of costs of returning the Products it’s your responsability. We advise you to send it with track and trace as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We shall reimburse the payment received from the Consumer, as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days after the termination of the Distance Contract, provided that the Products have been received by Wellywoofandco, or that the Consumer can prove that the Products have actually been returned. If the right of termination is only applied to a part of the order, the delivery costs paid by the Consumer in the first instance are not eligible for reimbursement.
Furthermore, Wellywoofandco is not obligated to reimburse the additional costs if the Consumer has explicitly chosen another way than the least expensive way of standard delivery offered by Wellywoofandco.
